Pennsylvania Air National Guardsmen from the 193rd Special Operations Wing fly Alaska ANG pararescuemen and equipment from the 176th Wing's 212th Rescue Squadron from Dover Air Force Base, Del., to Naval Air Station Oceana, Va., Sept. 15th, 2018. The Air National Guardsmen are stating in preparation for offering support to civil authorities as needed in response to hurricane relief operation.
