U.S. Air Force members from the 28th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron provides fuel to U.S. Air Force F-15 Strike Eagles and U.S. Air Force F-16 Fight Falcons during an aerial refueling mission in support of Operation Inherent Resolve over Iraq, Sept. 12, 2018. The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to permit the Air Force to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield. It can penetrate enemy defense and outperform and outfight any current enemy aircraft. The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. It can locate targets in all weather conditions and detect low flying aircraft in radar ground clutter. U.S. Air Forces Central Command Airmen, Joint personnel, and Coalition partners stand ready to defend our forces from any threat. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Xavier Navarro)
