Jorg Neumann is the Head of the “Microsoft Flight Simulator” franchise for Xbox Game Studios Publishing. Previously, Jorg was the Head of Production of Global Publishing and Studio Head of NUI Publishing and Microsoft working on titles such as “State of Decay 2,” “Crackdown 3,” “Quantum Break,” “Alan Wake,” and “Mass Effect.” He has worked with Microsoft Studios since 2001 and was the Project Lead for “Freelancer” in 2003.

He spent his first five years for Microsoft with the studio at Digital Anvil. Prior to Microsoft, Neumann worked for Electronic Arts and Origin Systems. When not working, Neumann enjoys spending time with his wife and identical twin daughters.

Robert Jerauld is the Director of Production for the “Microsoft Flight Simulator” franchise for Xbox Games Studio Publishing. Formerly a Producer and Executive Producer for Microsoft, he has been fortunate to work with many talented developers, on many well-known PC and Xbox franchises including “Zoo Tycoon,” ‘Gears of War,” “Alan Wake,” and “Quantum Break.”

Robert has been with Microsoft for 18 years.

Sebastian started creating games as an independent developer in the early 90’s. From there, he joined Kalisto Entertainment where he led programming teams on several games (“Fury of the Furries,” “Nightmare Creatures”). After that role, he managed games and technology until 2002.

In 2002, he co-founded Asobo Studio. Helping build Asobo Studio to more than 170 employees, Sebastian has over 25 years of industry experience of which 17 years as CEO of Asobo Studio, as well as shipping 23 games including:

• Adaptations of five famous Pixar franchises including “Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure” for Microsoft
• The Guinness World Record awarded racing game “FUEL”
• The first two mixed reality games in the history, “Fragments” and “Young Conker,” hand in hand with the Microsoft HoloLens teams
• The critically acclaimed “A Plague Tale: Innocence”

Currently completing his pilot license, Sebastian is involved in the development of “Microsoft Flight Simulator” and manages the programming team focusing on the flight model and SDworld rendering.

The CCO and Co-Founder, David Dedeine leads the creative process at Asobo Studio. He is currently working on the new "Microsoft Flight Simulator" and is guiding the creative vision for the title.

David attended Film Studies at the French Ecole Supérieure de Réalisation Audiovisuelle and graduated from the French Design school SupInfoCom. He started in the gaming industry at Kalisto Entertainment as a Game Designer. In 2002, he co-founded Asobo Studio.

Since working on "Microsoft Flight Simulator, " David has been captured by the allure of aviation and is currently working obtaining his private pilot’s license.

- Martial Bossard, Lead Software Engineer, Co-Founder, Asobo Studio
Martial graduated from a French mathematics University. He first joined the Formula One Racing Team Prost Grand Prix as an engineer, then was hired by Kalisto as a software engineer.

He has more than 20 years of industry experience and is involved in developing the main features and technology around gameplay, AI and physics for Asobo Studio.

He is the lead content programmer and project technical director for “Microsoft Flight Simulator.” As such, he has his hands in most all areas of the game that relate to user experience and game services. He supports, manages and prioritizes the team objectives as they relate to the product interface, systems, tools, flight models and the online and live services. He is also actively involved in the development of the SDK. In 2002, he co-founded Asobo Studio, well known for having shipped 23 games.

Martial is enthusiastically seeking his pilot’s license and has been flying planes since early 2018.

Lionel Fuentes, Lead Programmer, Asobo Studio is currently working on “Microsoft Flight Simulator.” “His current area of focus is managing the development of emerging technologies related to the world (augmentation, streaming, rendering), platform support, asset pipeline and SDK.

At the age of 15, Lionel started programming to improve his understanding of how computers work and to satiate his desire of making video games. He graduated from INSA Toulouse Engineering School with a specialty in computer science, then studied one year in Tohoku University, Japan doing research in the field of real-time global illumination. He has been working as an engine programmer since 2011 at Asobo Studio.

Today, Lionel is taking piloting lessons and is an avid guitar and piano player.
