A LC-130 Skibird from the 109th Airlift Wing lands at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Feb. 28, 2020, during U.S. Northern Command exercise Arctic Edge 2020. AE20 is the largest joint exercise scheduled in Alaska this year. Approximately 1,000 U.S. military personnel will participate in the multi-service exercise.
